  24. It has been suspected before, that "mutlu/argic" is not a person,
  25. but some kind of "eliza" program. Obviously there is a bug, which made
  26. it start in "news.admin.policy" while scanning for "politics".
  27. The volume and pitch is annoying, but it is nice to watch it working.
