  13. - Hi energy, articulate motivated person
  14. - NFS, TCP/IP or Protocol experience
  15. - Solid PC or OS/2   
  16. - Desire/willingness to work 2nd shift (12-8PM) a HUGE plus with above skills
  17. - Customer "phone sensitivity"          
  18. - Will consider new/recent grads with above skills
