  12. Hi. My roommate will be moving out in January and I'm looking for someone
  13. who would be willing to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Belmont. Let me
  14. tell you about it.  It's the first floor of a two family house on
  15. a very quiet, safe street in Waverly Sq., Belmont, about three
  16. blocks from the Belmont/Waltham border.  It has two fairly large
  17. bedrooms and also a large kitchen, dining room, and living room, front and
  18. back porches, garage parking and a basement with plenty of storage space.
  19. It is amply furnished (except the bedroom; it has only a
  20. desk which you could use if you need or we could get rid of if
  21. you have your own). If you had any other furniture that would be great.
  22. It's about 1/2 block from the T#73 bus to Harvard Sq. and several
  23. blocks to a brand new, huge Star market.  The rent is $412.50 a
  24. month each plus utilities. The total runs about $450 a month each
  25. (gas $10, electric $15, cable $15, phone $5) not including any long
  26. distance calls; the gas is more during the winter months and less
  27. during the rest of the year, but the average of everything is about
  28. $450 a month.  One month's rent is required as a security deposit.
  29. It will be available in January, 1993 (exact date flexible).
