- wasting the initial bandwidth; I didn't state my intentions very well.

- I DON'T own a copy of X that I want to do Y with. We are just in the
- preliminary proposal stages of this project and the question of "could
- we do this" came up. I was foolish enough to say I'd try to find out
- what the GENERAL position was. It appears that a site license or some other
- type of agreement will have to be worked out, based on responses I got.
