  13. I am currently pursuing my M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at
  14. the Michigan State University and will be graduating in May '93. I am
  15. seeking a career in Computer Engineering that will utilize my
  16. programming and design skills.
  17.  
  18. I have a keen interest in computer engineering with an emphasis in
  19. digital circuit design. I have worked on several projects involving
  20. digital design and I am currently working on implementing digital
  21. circuits using field programmable gate arrays (Xilinx). This project
  22. has enabled me to get acquainted with some very versatile CAD tools
  23. such as OrCad, Mentor Graphics and CUPL and in the process I have
  24. become familiar with simulation techniques and timing analysis
  25. methods. I have taken courses in integrated circuit design and
  26. fabrication and have had experience working with fabrication and VLSI
  27. design tools like SUPREM3 and MAGIC. My studies in electrical
  28. engineering have provided me with a sound knowledge of microprocessor
  29. hardware and I have developed excellent programming skills. These
  30. skills have been used in the hardware and software design of a PC
  31. based Data Acquisition System and a Protocol Interface using a
  32. microcontroller. I have an in-depth knowledge of assembler languages
  33. for various microprocessors and this has been a definite advantage for
  34. the successful completion of my projects.

  36. I posses excellent communication skills and my abilities to express my
  37. views clearly and interact efficiently with people have been the main
  38. reasons for my success as a lecturer at the University of Bombay. I am
  39. a fast learner and I believe that I could make a significant
