  77. proteins after chemical modification and coupled with biocytin and streptavidin
  78. for abcess imaging study. Modern chromatographic (FPLC, HPLC, LC, SDS-PAGE) and

  80. various stages  for  the preparation  of  these bio-molecules.  Supervised  and

  83. clinical study for a radiolabeled ACE antigen antibody (multidisciplinary joint

  94. agents demonstrated significant antitumor and antiviral activities and clinical
  95. study is  in progress  against  HSV I,  HSV II,  EBV  and HCM  virus.  Advanced
  96. synthetic    methodologies    including    multistep    synthetic    sequences,
  97. chromatographic and spectral interpretation were used to develop these agents.

  106. antitumor and other biological  properties. Spectroscopic techniques were  used
  107. for structural determination and to follow reaction mechanism for the synthesis
  108. of  these pharmaceutical compounds.  A novel synthetic method was developed for
  109. the preparation of these compounds.
