  13. Consultant with the following skills and attributes:

  15. Education:       BA/BS preferably in math, engineering, or liberal arts
  16.                  with a minor in math or science.  Post BA, MA preferred,
  17.                  Phd desirable.
  18.  
  19. Technical        Seven to ten years experience.  Multiple programming
  20. Delivery         languages including C, C++, or FORTRAN.  Multiple
  21. Background:      operating systems including multi-year experience
  22.                  with UNIX or VAX VMS or other non-mainframe operating
  23.                  system.  Structured methodology background: SDM, Stratus,
  24.                  IEM.  Lead responsibility (project manager) for major
  25.                  project on which methodology was used including JAD
  26.                  or requirements facilitation sessions.  Training and/or
  27.                  presentation skills.

  29. Attributes:      Management consulting orientation.
  30.                  Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  31.                  Travel: 60 - 80%.  Professional demeanor.
