  11. Suburban Chicago Multimedia applications development company needs
  12. a bright, hands-on leader, ideally with 10-15 years of 
  13. applicable experience, who can architect Multimedia projects,
  14. effectively lead a small group of software engineers, and also 
  15. write code.  Technical and interpersonal skills required include:
  16.   * C and/or C++ expertise required
  17.   * DOS and/or OS/2 expertise required
  18.   * PM or W3.1 (prefer strong Windows) development experience required
  19.   * Multimedia software development experience is required,
  20.     as is some form of management experience at either a project
  21.     or group leader level
  22.   * Use of Icon Authoring Tools (preferably Aimtech's Icon Author, 
  23.     but Toolbook, Authorware, Pheonix are all acceptable) required
  24.   * Experience creating and using DLL's required
  25.   * Knowledge of DVI and AVI environments
  26.   * Ability to support various LAN environments with and
  27.     without sound
  28.   * A roll-up-your-sleeeves help others out attitude towards
  29.     coding.
  30.   * Proven ability to write and execute Software Development Plans,
  31.     and R&D Plans.
  32. Future plans for this organization include an all C++ Expert System  
  33. development environment, and distributed digital full motion video.
