We are currently seeking a Technical Support Manager and three technical Support Engineers to join our Technical Support Organization.
Manager Technical Support - SQL Windows:
The manager will oversee the Technical Support Activities for the SQLWindows and Quest team with the primary objective of providing superior quality service to all customers. Will actively manage and assist in problem resolution, activity reporting, development of test and demonstration programs, and maintenance of relationships with Development, QA and Marketing departments.
This position requires:
* Application development experience in MS Windows, Presentation Manager or other GUI product.
* Experience with a SQL RDBMS such as Oracle, Ingres, Sybase or DB2 is desired.
* Applications development using SQL, knowledge of C and experience in LAN environments such as Novell, 3Com and IBM, etc. is highly desired.
* 3+ years management experience in a software vendor environment.
