  14.    Directly responsible for Personal Computer support of Hyatt
  15. Hotels, including hardware and software.  Additionally
  16. responsible for system administrator functions relative to Hotel
  17. Local Area Network.  Must also be able to support "power user"
  18. community.  Reports directly to the Project Manager in Hotel
  19. Services.  Will assist in PC related projects as required.
  20.    We require:
  21.    * a BS in Office Automation, Systems Analysis, or         
  22.      Business Systems with specific coursework in PCs, Local
  23.      Area Networking/Telecommunications.
  24.    * 2 to 3 years supporting micro-computer system hardware
  25.      and software.
  26.    * 3 years support and/or installation experience on
  27.      computer systems in an office environment.
  28.    * 2 to 3 years experience in installing and maintaining
  29.      PC-based Office Automation Systems and Local Area
  30.      Networks.
  31.    Ideal candidate will possess effective communication skill,
  32. professional appearance, strong analytical skills, ability to
  33. work with individuals at all levels of management, and extensive
  34. knowledge of Novell, Paradox, Lotus, Wordperfect, Excel, DOS and
  35. Unix.
  36.    Additional responsibilities will include:
  37.    * Support of end users in all areas of personal
  38.      computing, including Hyatt "core" software packages,
  39.      Lotus 1-2-3 Version 2.3 and Wordperfect Version 5.1, as
  40.      well as customized applications.
  41.    * Support of Novell operating system.
  42.    * Installation of hardware and software.
  43.    * Preparation and update of network documentation.
  44.    * Assistance in development of LAN standards and
  45.      procedures and applications.
