  13. immediate need for a Technical Manager at their Glasgow, Virginia
  14. plant.  This newly created position calls for a strong Technical
  15. Manager with the following qualifications:  Degree in Chemistry
  16. or Textile Chemistry. Carpet mfg experience specifically backing
  17. systems, highly desirable. Should be innovative and possess
  18. proven organization skills. Responsibilities will include
