  15. Responsibilities:

  17.     Install and test personal computer hardware and software; 
  18. troubleshoot problems on DOS/Windows-based and Macintosh computers;
  19. research or develop solutions to hardware/software/peripheral problems;
  20. assist with installation and testing of local area networks; coordinate and
  21. implement repairs; maintain equipment and parts workshop; train student
  22. consulting staff in troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to
  23. other staff members.

  25.     Requires bachelor's degree and specific experience with IBM-
  26. compatible and Macintosh computers.  Must possess a thorough understanding
  27. of MS-DOS and Macintosh operating systems.  Good communications skills
  28. required.
