  20.         A lot depends on whether it really is a consultancy or rather
  21.         a contract programming house. A consultancy (advice givers)
  22.         needs virtually nothing formal to do business. If it's
  23.         contract programming (thing  producers), you need the whole
  24.         magilla, including liability insurance and all the official
  25.         administrative gloop of a small business with employees.

  27.         You probably don't _have_ to incorporate, but it's likely your
  28.         lawyer and your accountant will recommend it. You _do_ have
  29.         one of each, don't you?
