  11. I am just about to write my first contract.  A fixed price contract
  12. seems like a good idea. Is any hourly information normally included in
  13. such a contract? For example, that person A will be available for up
  14. to 40 hours per week, and person B will be available for up to 20
  15. hours per week? Or is such information excluded, and only deliverables
  16. and total cost specified?
  17.  
  18. Also, can the client be charged for delays in providing needed data or
  19. software? If so, how is this normally done? Or is it better to state
  20. the requirements in the contract, and just not do anything until
  21. needed materials are provided?
  22.  
  23. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
