  17. I have a book of theirs called How to Form Your Own Corporation
  18. Without a Lawyer for Under $50.00.  It was published in 1972, so
  19. they have been around for at least 20 years.  At that time it
  20. seemed that they were encouraging people to incorporate in the
  21. state of Delaware, and would provide assistance for a fee (the $50
  22. quoted in the book title applied [then] to doing it yourself).

  26. You may be able to save several $100 in lawyers fees by shopping around,
  27. either with The Company Corporation or locally.  But there are other costs
  28. to incorporating besides first time legal fees, so it may not be as big a
  29. deal as it seems.  My preference would be a local lawyer with reasonable
  30. rates, so that you have someone to provide ongoing legal services.
