- After a few fights with customers (and their accounting department) about
- travel time charges we have adopted a simple scheme that seems to work for
- us and keeps them happy. We charge for one way travel at our standard
- consulting rate. It just gets billed as consulting time. Thus,
- accounting is happy and the actual customer feels like they got a deal.
