- I take Elival and have found that taking a high enough dose of magnesium
- offsets the constipation problem, since enough of it acts as a laxative.
- Another person I know does the same with Vitamin C. I went with magnesium
- because I was already taking a lot for a twitching problem. Magnesium has a
- calming affect on the nerves, which may be useful in itself for some
- psychiatric disorders, I suppose.
