- For what (little) its worth, my longtime dentist has body 'maps' on his
- wall describing "connections" between each specific tooth and a
- corresponding body organ and muscle. Each time I've gone to se him (and
- ended up with more than cleaning), I've found that the correlation is
- usually accurate. The actual connections are forgotten, but for example,
- when I had a 3/4 crown put on my #2 molar, sure enough, I had recently been
- diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. On another occasion, after having moved,
- my lower back was bothering me, and sure enough, the corresponding tooth
- ended up with a loose filling! Treatment of my teeth has always led to
- remission of the problem...
-
- ...and I'm a diehard cynic engineer-type!
