- What you eat can really effect your mood.

- I've found that certain types of sugars make me depressed/foggy especially the
- kind in pre-made icing from the store (like I expected eating this sort of
- thing would do me good)

- Incidentally I have found that many multi-vitamin tablets make me
- foggy/depressed I suspect they maynhave a common ingredient with the icing.

- Rainbow Light Vitamins do not make me depressed, in fact the lift me up and
- incidentally give me really cool dreams. Does anyone know why the above is so??
