- I've been doing about 50 minutes of cycling (an average of 4 days a week)
- at a heart rate of about 160 (my max is about 192). That takes me about 20
- miles. I also have been doing some cross training on and off for the last
- 6 months, running 3-5 miles sometimes the same day as cycling and other days
- only running. When running, my heart rate is also around 160.

- I think my weight started to go down the first few weeks, and has been in the
- same range (5 lbs. or so) ever since.

- Around 145 (I'm 5'6") now I'm in the 135-140 range. Not too much, but when
- I started doing some weights and pull-ups I noticed that my body's shape
- changed (for the better) quite a bit.

- Neither, I just wanted to feel better. Since getting into shape my allergies
- bother me a lot less and I don't seem to catch colds (maybe some of them were
- allergy flare-ups ).
