- Hi Rod!
- Tell me, why does your protein drink have to be in powdered form?
- What is wrong with simply taking some skim milk and a banana and
- whipping them up in a blender? Better yet, skim milk, one egg
- (or powdered nonfat milk, if you like.... of course the egg will
- blend bertter)), and one banana? Who says that you have to get
- your protein and your carbs at the same time? You could start your
- with a big bowl of hot cereal, like Oat Bran, Wheatena, or Oatmeal,
- or some other such hot cereal that includes the natural fibre of
- the grain. You could include baked or boiled potatoes (with the skin),
- or barley, or brown rice with or without beans, with your dinner.
- What I am saying is that you can get more benefit from eating whole
- foods, than trying to mix up a "magic bullet" elixir.
