  28. This came this morning from Eric Loeb at MIT via one of the
  29. Clinton servers.  It is definitely a step in the right direction
  30. and I think he has the right idea on how we can utilize our
  31. skills to good advantage to help promote and nurture it.

  36. are going to have the option of accepting email over
  37. an internet gateway to the House system as of January.

  39. The new House system (ISIS) will be released then.  It
  40. is in test now.

  42. I would recommend that we all go out and volunteer to help
  43. our local congressional district office with their
  44. computers.  At some point we will also each need to take
  45. some responsibility for getting a good lobbying effort
  46. going within our districts, so that our congress-people
  47. will know that the Internet connection is desired by the
  48. constituents.
