  11. I am very interested in hearing from anyone in the Former Soviet Bloc 
  12. counties or anyone who knows people there who have had or have nuclear 
  13. weapons, advanced laser, advanced fusion, rocket, spacecraft, fighter 
  14. aircraft, computer simulation, radar design, or other advanced technology 
  15. skilss... partly because I am generally a curious character ( in al 
  16. l senses) and partly as I think that there exists here in the US a 
  17. number of clients that would love to access their specialized skills
  18.
