  21. I'm eagerly waiting for the New Year. We'll have new music and a new
  22. team of conductors and I'm eager to see what's in the folders. At least
  23. my reading has improved to the point where I don't dread the change in
  24. music.

  26. We've got about five guys who are conductors and it's Howard Beaver plus
  27. two. And they change about every three or four months. Change music and
  28. change conductors. We do a few gigs with one group, and then a few
  29. months later they change around. Makes life interesting. But then, it's
  30. a community concert band after all.
