Since you are nicely set up for telecomm, I suggest that you aim next for a good research centre, featuring a CD-ROM drive. So . . . how about a Macintosh IIvi or vx. It would take a while to outgrow that. Get your money person to think that CD-ROM disks are "hardware" and buy an encylopedia, a good atlas, and similar collections of usable facts. You will likely have enough left to buy a decent laser printer, so this same research station can double as a publishing centre. You probably already do gro
up projects, cooperative learning things, so this double-use station would serve you well.
