  20. It's important to understand what your objectives are.  Do you want more  
  21. capacity?   Then you might opt for additional machines.  You can get very fine  
  22. 486 systems for 1500 or less.  Do you need better printed output?  Then a  
  23. laser printer is attractive.  A cd-rom for about 400 will let you access huge  
  24. amounts of material that can be had at relatively low cost.
