I just started using this thing a few days ago too. Most of the time I listen to Christian rock (Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Carman). I am not interested in a lot of secular music, except maybe a song here and there that I hear on the radio. We only have one English radio station here in Taiwan, so I don't listen to it a whole lot.
The school that I go to is an American school, but it is set up more like a European school, so we have the International Baccalaureate program. Some of my courses are from this program, even though I am not in it. So these courses are just like higher level courses for people who will be going to college in the U.S. If this does not make sense to you, just ignore it.
I am taking IBS (International Baccalaureate Subsidiary level) English, IBS Pre-Calculus, IBS Biology, and General Business. First Semester, I was taking East Asian History and Ceramics, but next Semester I will be taking World Geography and Word Processing.
Well, in case you don't know. I am a Junior at Taipei American School. I am about 5'7.5" with light brown hair. I really like talking to people on this thing because it keeps me in touch with American life. I have never been to California, except the San Francisco airport, but there is a possibility that we will be moving to either Los Angeles or South Korea next year. I don't want to move though, because it is my last year of high school. Then I will be off to college, probably somewhere in t
he Northeast (I am from Rochester, New York).
I have two sisters and a brother. They are all in college at SUNY Geneseo. Well, I better go. Write back and tell me more about yourself.
