  12. We have a problem with root user's saving buffers with emacs and having emacs
  13. not paying attention to leaving the file created with original ownership.
  14. Are there any GNU Emacs Lisp packages that might correct this problem?

  16. I have looked throught the FAQ and the Emacs Lisp Archive without any success.
  17. It would be nice if this could be controlled with a .emacs variable or with 
  18. write-file-hooks.

  20. My second question is regarding rmail-summaries.  I would like to be able
  21. to write the corresponding mail from a rmail-summary-by-recipients to a file.
  22. Am I just not using rmail-summary-output correctly, or do any of the Lisp 
  23. rmail packages add in this feature?
