- We have a problem with root user's saving buffers with emacs and having emacs
- not paying attention to leaving the file created with original ownership.
- Are there any GNU Emacs Lisp packages that might correct this problem?
-
- I have looked throught the FAQ and the Emacs Lisp Archive without any success.
- It would be nice if this could be controlled with a .emacs variable or with
- write-file-hooks.
-
- My second question is regarding rmail-summaries. I would like to be able
- to write the corresponding mail from a rmail-summary-by-recipients to a file.
- Am I just not using rmail-summary-output correctly, or do any of the Lisp
- rmail packages add in this feature?
