  14.     Large bedroom in a big, furnished, comfortable house available.
  15.     The house is on Wells Parkway, about 5 minutes from the campus of the
  16. University of Maryland. The house is roomy and clean, and has such amenities as
  17. a TV set, washer/dryer, 4.5 bathrooms, pool table, nice deck, pleasant front &
  18. back yards, quiet safe neighborhood and best of all cool housemates.
  19.     The current residents are all graduate students and working stiffs.
  20. Including myself, its 5 men and 1 woman. The house is quiet, and the people are
  21. mature but fun.
  22.     The location is ideal for UMd students, and it is convenient to the
  23. beltway, rt. 1 and rt. 50. I commute to and from Annapolis 5 days a week, and
  24. have had no problems (its only 30 minutes each way).
