  12. Hi,
  13. I'm looking for a good Motif-based editor, with menus, help,
  14. searches, replaces, etc. I need a public-domain one, with available source.

  16. I imported Asedit, and it looks fine, but it can't load big files.
  17. I guess it is Motif fault, but maybe there is an editor which holds in its
  18. Text-widget only the visible characters (by handling by himself all the jobs
  19. which are done automatically by scrolled-window).

  21. If you know about an editor which acts this way, or an editor which is better
  22. than Asedit, please inform me.
  23. If I get information about many editors, I'll sum the responses in a table,
  24. and send it to the news-group.
