  13. We're getting a bit paranoid, aren't we?

  15. I prefer to look on the bright side.  Maybe now AT&T will loosen up with
  16. regard to the continuing OS research that's been going on at Bell Labs,
  17. make it freely available to any educational institution which wants it,
  18. and help move OS technology out of the 1970's.
