- It is expandable to 64 MB on board using 16MB SIMMs. There are four banks
- on the motherboard, and the standard 8MB configuration comes with two 4MB
- SIMMs installed.

- By the way, Linux runs very well on my Gateway 4DX2-66V. I am typing this
- note in an xterm window under SLS linux .98p5 and Xfree1.1.
