- Mea Culpa. I finally figured out that I needed the constant _KERNEL
- (neither KERNEL nor INKERNEL which also show up in the various <sys/*.h>
- files) defined during compilation of my driver. I didn't need this in
- R3.2 (of ESIX) and I didn't think to add to my R4 driver. But that did
- the trick. The _KERNEL conditionally compiles some function defintions
- for getminor(), et. al.
