  13. While trying to install 386bsd on a new drive from an existing
  14. installation, the files above wouldn't copy over using the well known
  15. Rex Sanders cpdir tar pipe shell script or the cp command. Inspecting
  16. these files showed that they are actually "socket links." I confess
  17. that I am completely ignorant about socket links, how do I re-create
  18. these directory entries? What will break if they aren't there?
