  56. I believe that the TABLE-page-# only works within the tables context.  If
  57. you put this in the footers of your document, it page numbers don't get
  58. incremented (unless I'm missing something else not mentioned above).

  60. I have found the original method as described previously (using the 
  61. invisible autonumber token and ref's to it in the footer) as the only 
  62. means to make the Page x of y work.
