- If you keep your ear to the ground it's not uncommon that
- you can get Explorer h/w for free (or at least for the
- cost of shipping). For example, our lab recently got
- bequeathed a 32Mb colour Explorer II with 3 discs and a
- tape (we had to pay to ship it up from La Jola).

- Amongst other things it also came with an LX board, which
- we certainly have no need of. For all I know we would
- part company with it for the shipping cost or something
- nominal to keep Stanford's books happy.
