- Hello everyone,
-
- My optical mouse and I are not getting along well. I would like to
- get a replacement mouse (one with "mechanical" guts, like those on DECs
- or Macs) that (1) isn't confined to a 7"x7.5" square of my desk, (2) doesn't
- drag when moved (and I -do- keep my pad clean), and (3) moves the cursor
- in relation to the motion of the mouse w.r.t. -me- and not w.r.t. that shiny
- pad (its orientation is a random variable that depends on how much the mouse
- drags on it, etc., etc.).
-
- Since I'm new to the Sun world I'm not sure who the third party
- suppliers are, and I would appreciate any netter's comments on what
- mouses (mice?) are available and who the suppliers are.
-
- Thanks ever so much,
-
- Jim
