  20. Just to keep the record straight, AT&T sold it to Soloman Brothers.
  21. Soloman Brothers had to dump in the market because their chief stock
  22. trader who made the deal got in trouble and needed to raise cash.
  23. This was reported extensively on The Wall Street Journal earlier
  24. this year, I believe in February.  The bottome line is AT&T made money
  25. on their investment, but Soloman Brothers lost.
