  12. The company I work for is considering the purchase of a workstation
  13. in the <$20,000 range. We will be primarily using a statistics package
  14. called S-plus. At the moment we are using the DOS version on a 486/50
  15. but its way to slow (ie: takes a whole weekend for some calcs.)

  17. Has anyone used S-Plus on a SparcStation 10? Any comments? Which
  18. SparcStation would be best? Also, could someone recommend a
  19. place to purchase one in the Boston area.

  22. begin. Perhaps another newsgroup would be better?
