- SGI seems to take constant evaluation of it's support
- seriously enough to poll folks by telephone about their
- recent experiences with SGI support. I just received
- such a call a few days ago, and was gratified to have the
- chance to vent about an unfortunate support experience
- we had a few months ago. The SGI person seemed genuinely
- concerned, and took careful notes of everything I
- reported, including my suggestions for improvements.

- Very impressive indeed...
