  21. You almost certainly won't be able to use the drive for installation.
  22. It won't default to 512 byte logical blocks, which older proms, 
  23. including r3k indigo require (similar to Sun).  Indigo can handle
  24. the fact that it identifies itself as a CD-ROM, older PROMs require
  25. that it like and identify itself as a hard disk.

  27. Similarly, since we could only test a couple of CD-ROM drives for
  28. ISO-9660 and the cdplayer, so it probably won't work there either
  29. (we check the inquiry string for Sony or Toshiba).
