  22. You should read a document titled "How to Create a New
  23. Usenet Newsgroup" which is posted every 4-6 weeks in
  24. news.announce.newusers, news.groups, news.admin,
  25. news.announce.newgroups, and news.answers. You might
  26. also want to look at the charters for some existing biz.*
  27. groups and watch how they run for a period of time to see if
  28. you think it is something that would work for the NeXT
  29. community.

  31. I'm guessing that there would be a good deal of support for
  32. the new group and that it would be a relatively "easy" vote
  33. to run.

  35. OTOH, I feel that c.s.n.a is working quite well for 90% of
  36. what a new biz.* group would be used for.
