  12. What I'm thinking of purchasing used for $700 (U.S.):

  15.         2.5 MB RAM
  16.         52 MB HD
  17.         Floppy drive
  18.         Extended keyboard
  19.         Stock B&W display

  21. Question:  Would you see this as a "good deal"?  Please *EMAIL* replies --
  22. my newsfeed is erratic enough that I feel much safer with email.  Is there
  23. anything in particular I should be looking for in the way of deficiencies?
  24. The projected use is mostly as a "smart terminal", capable of handling
  25. word-processing needs, modem connectivity, a few games, PostScript viewing,
  26. UUCP, nothing horribly intensive.  I may wish to add another disk and RAM,
  27. but that's a future consideration.  Note this machine isn't strictly for
  28. myself.  (Can you say live-in girlfriend?  I knew you could!)
