  10.     I'm looking for some source code examples (especially if there
  11. are any available by anonymous ftp) of complex controls.
  12. ie. those other than scroll bars -- inside mac vol 1 show pictures
  13. of dials, thermometers and other such front ends, I would like to be able
  14. to design my own variations of these devices.  I'm new to the mac
  15. (programming anyway) and have exhausted my printed resources searching
  16. for examples.  Book titles would be good too.  I already have copies
  17. of Macintosh programming (volumes 1 & 2) by Dave Mark which show examples
  18. of CDEF's and MDEF's but these are of little help.  Please send
