- Hi David. I think the culprit is probably your system file. Open up your system
- folder then your system suitcase. There should be _no_ fonts in there. If there are
- fonts in their remove them and install any needed ones in the fonts folder.

- There is a bug in the 7.1 installer script that causes it to leave all of the fonts
- in the system suitcase when this should not be the case in 7.1. In addition a bit
- is changed in the resource fork that causes these unwanted fonts to be unpurgeable
- (ie if you have two copies of Times 24pt bold both will reside in memory)

- Also check your memory control panel to be sure 32 bit mode is on.
