  25. Yes and no.

  27. To do what you say, you need the following:
  28. 1. System 7.1 (any country, including US)
  29. 2. WorldScript I extension (not yet available from Apple)
  30. 3. Hebrew Script System and fonts (not yet available from Apple)
  31. 4. A Script Manager compatible word processor, which MS-Word is NOT.

  33. (By the way, replace items 2 and/or 3 with WorldScript II and other script
  34. systems, and the same requirements apply for any Apple-supported script,
  35. and you can have multiple installed at once, including both WorldScript I
  36. and II)

  38. My guess is that everything on the list will be available soon, except that
  39. I don't think MS Word will be Script Manager compatible for a long, long
  40. time, if ever. Most of the popular word processors are not, currently.

  42. I've heard things to the effect that WordPerfect 2.1.2 and the latest
  43. version of the Nisus support the script manager, but I don't know for sure.
