  15. Yesterday, I installed System 7.1 on my machine.  The installation process left
  16. a couple of fonts in my System file (Geneva and Monaco, I think) and I 
  17. removed them since there were redundant.  Thanks to all who suggested this 
  18. might be a problem!

  20. Everything looked great, but my Mac crashed when I rebooted.  After playing 
  21. around with the control panels and extensions, I discovered that MacTCP version
  22. 1.1 was the culprit.  I called Apple's support line and they confirmed that
  23. it is necessary to upgrade to version 1.1.1.  They claimed this version is free
  24. and available from services as well as dealers.  I've looked around the net and
  25. have not been able to locate this file.
