- Help!
-
- Yesterday, I installed System 7.1 on my machine. The installation process left
- a couple of fonts in my System file (Geneva and Monaco, I think) and I
- removed them since there were redundant. Thanks to all who suggested this
- might be a problem!
-
- Everything looked great, but my Mac crashed when I rebooted. After playing
- around with the control panels and extensions, I discovered that MacTCP version
- 1.1 was the culprit. I called Apple's support line and they confirmed that
- it is necessary to upgrade to version 1.1.1. They claimed this version is free
- and available from services as well as dealers. I've looked around the net and
- have not been able to locate this file.
-
- If you know where this beast is, please let me know! Thanks in advance for
- your help!
