- On a slightly saner note than my previous post, is there a way to get a
- greyscale picture as a StartupScreen? I have a 24-bit JPEG image, which I
- converted to an 8-bit greyscale PICT resource (I have a IIsi with greyscale
- monitor). Upon restarting, the picture is displayed, but it appears slightly
- dithered (as if color is translated to greyscale), and when the INITs and
- cdevs start loading, the pallette gets screwed up. Is there a way of getting
- the picture displayed properly?
