- Hi,
-
- I've got a Mac II (Vanilla standard) with 8 megs of memory.
-
- The system sometimes seems to hang. The screen doesn't dies, but mouse clicks
- are ignored. You can move the mouse, just cannot click anywhere. Also, command
- key equivalents don't work.
-
- But, if file sharing is enabled, users on the machine do not see a problem!
- Their activity continues uninteruppted.
-
- I have tried this on System 7.1 or 7.01% (Tuner installed). I do not turn
- on virtual memory or 32-bit addressing. I am running *NO* inits at all (except
- Apple's tuner stuff). The problem occurs whether file-sharing is on or off.
-
- What can caouse this?
-
- Phil
