- A/ROSE is a multi-tasking operating system that runs on a
- NuBus card plugged into any Macintosh family of
- computers. It stands for Apple / Realtime Operating System.
- A/ROSE will run on any
- NuBus card as long as the micro-processor used is a
- member of the Motorola MC68000 family.
-
- The card-dependent routines of A/ROSE reside as resources
- in the A/ROSE file. The A/ROSE file is
- currently put into the System Folder.
- These resources specify all the hardware specific
- information that A/ROSE needs to run and communicate with
- the Macintosh and other NuBus cards.
-
- I hope this is enough information for you to decide for deleting
- the A/ROSE file.
-
-
-
- Nevertheless, we are interested in getting into contact with
- other people who use NuBus cards and have some experience in
- programming those cards.
